The Private Sector Federation (PSF) has appointed Miramago Amin as its new chief executive officer, replacing Ruzibiza Stephen, who had held the position since 2015.

Miramago takes on the role after serving as chief executive officer of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR), a position he held since 2017.

During his tenure at ICPAR, he contributed to strengthening the accounting profession in Rwanda and supported the country’s admission into the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). He also backed reforms in public financial management, including the adoption of international accounting standards to enhance transparency and accountability.

Miramago has also represented Rwanda in regional and international engagements aimed at strengthening collaboration with global accounting bodies and aligning professional standards within the East African Community.
