BPR Bank Rwanda has thanked its customers for their continued trust and pledged to strengthen its partnership with them, marking the end of its annual Customer Service Week.
Bank officials said this year’s theme, “Every Goal is Achievable,” reflected the institution’s belief in helping clients reach their ambitions while reinforcing the value of customer-centered service.
Throughout the week, the bank highlighted several initiatives designed to empower clients, including Ikamba, a program that helps women running small and medium-sized businesses access loans without providing collateral.
Customers also took part in interactive sessions where they shared feedback, discussed challenges, and explored digital platforms that make banking services more convenient.
As part of the celebrations, BPR Bank Rwanda recognized some of its most loyal customers, including Nsengiyumva Louis, the bank’s first-ever client, who received two cows as a token of appreciation.
The bank also honored long-serving staff, notably Marie Grace Nyinawabayiru, who has worked with the bank for more than 30 years. She was awarded 2 million Rwandan francs for her outstanding dedication and service.
Established in 1975, BPR Bank Rwanda currently operates 137 branches nationwide.
